One hour of comprehensive case-taking (like a fluffy & cuddly criminal interrogation) which includes a review and evaluation of the following:

Personalized Treatment Plan

30-45 minute wait required for me to formulate your treatment plan:

  • Diet optimization, improvements, and suggestions (elimination or addition of certain food groups)

  • Lifestyle adaptation and improvement

    • Defining your exercise as play

    • Connecting with nature

    • Understanding the triggers of stress for management

    • Meditation to cultivate inner awareness

    • Proper diaphragmatic breathwork

    • Sleep optimization

  • Appropriate herbal formulas

  • Appropriate vitamin, mineral, antioxidant, orthomolecular supplementation

Functional Treatment

Grounded upon principles of functional & lifestyle medicine, my treatment plan will always aim to address imbalances of the following body mechanisms:

  1. Assimilation and elimination (absorption and excretion)

    e.g. Do you suffer from frequent intestinal gas or bloating?

  2. Defence

    e.g. Do you tend to get every cold and flu that goes around?

  3. Detoxification

    e.g. Do you have unexplained skin rashes?

  4. Cellular communications

    e.g. Is it difficult to get to sleep? To stay asleep?

  5. Cellular transport

    e.g. Do you frequently experience brain fog and find it hard to focus?

  6. Structure

    e.g. Have any back problems?

    e.g. Do you routinely feel a fatigue you can’t explain or justify?

Follow-up Consultation (4-6 weeks later)

Review of Initial treatment plan:

  • Discussion of which aspects of the treatment plan was easy or difficult to follow

  • Tailor and adjust treatment plan to adapt to improvements in conditions or changes in environment

    (e.g. you feel stronger and more energized, so we can reduce tonic dosage)

  • Implement other ‘cherry on the top' approaches that further boost health

    (prerequisite being, you have nailed your fundamentals of health)

Schedule follow-ups thereafter as desired.

Health Mentorship: Long-term Coaching, Guidance and Education

This is my commitment to you in a long-term health mentorship. My long-term mentorship offers mentees guidance at all time. Scheduled bi-weekly calls every month anytime.

I’ll be your advisor and accountability partner ensuring you’re on track to all your health goals. I’ll answer all your questions, discuss the highs and lows, and ensure that we minimize your effort while maximizing effectiveness.

Structured quarterly follow-ups (including adaptive treatment plan) focusing on:

  • Further enhancing and incorporating long-term preventive lifestyle measures

  • Continued effort towards harmonious alignment with Nature in all facets of life

  • This depends on the individual. I generally recommend committing to at least three months. We can set a timeline at the start and adjust it as needed along the way. Factors like your readiness for change, motivation, support systems, and level of knowledge all influence your progress. Some goals naturally take longer to achieve, and learning to navigate unexpected challenges can affect how quickly you’re able to build and maintain new habits. Don’t worry, you’ll have my close guidance along the way, and I’ll ensure you design your environment and habits to maximise our treatment efficacy.

  • I believe that vibrant lasting health is a natural birthright that everyone should already possess. Unfortunately, most of us become victims of misinformation in a culture that capitalizes on our ignorance. I will not withhold my insight to someone willing to take ownership of their own health journey. I went through it myself. I know the struggle.

  • Yes. Of course. We will simply have to adapt our strategies to what you are able to do effectively while on the go. The ease of access to proper ingredients at the destinations will make a big difference in results and timeline.

  • I fully respect your dietary preferences and reasons for doing so. I will simply highlight any potential risks that you may be exposed to on the diet (B12 for vegans for example), and work to design a treatment plan that best suits your preferences while mitigating the risks.
